It is easy to configure loyalty points system in Rezervy. Here are steps:
- Login to admin dashboard
- Go to “Setup” menu from dashboard
- Under “Setttings” go to “Booking Form”
- Find option “Allow loyalty points for bookings” to enable/disable loyalty points sytem for your customers.
- Admin can set loyalty points method find option “Loyalty Points reward method“, here are methods:
- Flat value per booking
- Cart amount basis
Flat value per booking: Flat value is fixed number of loyalty points to issue customer per booking.
Cart amount basis: Cart amount basis measn issue points to customer on basis of cart amount
- Find option “Flat Per booking loyalty points for customer” to set value for per booking loyalty points.
- Find option “Per $ spend basis loyalty points for customer” to set value for cart amount basis loyalty points.
- Find option “Per loyalty point currency value for customer” to set currency value of each loyalty point when customer will redeem points during checkout.
- Find option “No. of Loyalty Points as Birthday Gift” to issue number of loyalty points to customer on birthday.
