How loyalty points works in Rezervy?
In Rezervy, business admin can enable/disable loyalty points from backend settings. Admin can also set loyalty point to deliver as
- Flat value per booking
- Cart amount basis
Admin can set loyalty point value for each type from backend settings.
When customer will book appointment, will get loyalty point as defined by admin for each booking. These loyalty points will add in customer account.
Customer can use these loyalty point during checkout and can reduce checkout value according to loyalty points value.
Per loyalty point value is also set by admin from backend settings.
Admin can also set special loyalty point to add in customer account on birthday. For this cron job need to set to add loyalty points and also send bithday wish to customer automatically.
