Email settings in Rezervy? How to configure email SMTP settings?

SMTP or Mail function based email sending settings. Email notification settings for admin, staff and customer account in online booking software can be customized to suit the needs of the business. For example, automated notification emails can be sent to customers to reduce no-shows and to staff to reduce repetitive scheduling tasks.

Here are the email settings available in Rezervy:

Admin Email Notifications : Rezervy offer setting to enable/disable email notification for admin account. You can simply toggle the button according to notification requirement.

Staff Email Notifications : Rezervy offer setting to enable/disable email notification for staff account. You can simply toggle the button according to notification requirement for staff account.

Customer Email Notifications : Rezervy offer setting to enable/disable email notification for customer account. You can simply toggle the button according to notification requirement for customer account.

Sender Name In Email : Rezervy offer setting manage emails notification sender name. The sender name is the first line of text that appears on a subscriber’s mailbox, addressing the sender. It’s usually up to 30 characters, which changes based on the user’s email client, device, or browser. 

Sender Email : Rezervy offer setting manage sender email address. The sender email is the email address that appears in the “From” field of an email message. It is the email address that the recipient sees when they receive an email.

SMTP or Mail Function Sending Service : You can email notification via Mail function of server or SMTP service. Sometime Mail function deliver emails slowly according to performance of service. So we can SMTP service for fast delivery of email notifications. SMTP an application used by mail servers to send, receive, and relay outgoing email between senders and receivers.
